The grant in the present Testamentary Petition has already been allowed as far as on 08.01.2025 but because of pendency of cross Petition filed by legal heir of deceased who is second daughter which is numbered as Testamentary Petition No.5143 of 2024, Department has not issued the Grant.

Ms. Jain has informed the Court that the subject matter for purpose of which both the Petitions have been filed by two legal heirs are entirely different.
