Heard Mr. Jadhav, learned Advocate for Petitioners. 2.

Present Misc. Petition is filed by the Petitioners for issuance of legal heirship certificate under Section 2 of Bombay Regulation VIII of 1827 in respect of properties and credits of deceased Laxmi Gangareddy Gundeti. The names of the legal heirs of the deceased are mentioned in paragraph No.3 of the Petition. Purpose for filing the present Petition is stated in paragraph No.6 of the Petition. I have perused the same.

Consent affidavits dated 29.05.2024 and 29.03.2024 of (1) Sandhya Gangareddy Gundeti and Paikari Jamuna are filed on record and appended at page Nos. 31 and 36 of the Petition. 4.

In view of the above, there can be no impediment in allowing the Petition. Misc. Petition is allowed and disposed of in

47.MPT.575.2025.doc terms of prayer clause (A) which reads thus:- "(A) This Hon'ble Court be pleased to issue a Legal Heirship Certificate to the petitioner under the provisions of Bombay Regulation VIII of 1827 certifying that the Petitioners along with the heirs mentioned in para No. 4 herein above are the only heirs and legal representatives of the deceased."

Issuance of proclamation stands dispensed with. 6.

Department is directed to issue the legal heirship certificate as directed above within a period of three (3) weeks from today. 7.

The names of legal heirs are not stated in prayer clause. Department will not raise that objection whatsover and the names of legal heirs stated in paragraph No.3 shall be considered for preparation of the Grant as allowed by this Court without recourse to Court or any further order from Court.

Misc. Petition is allowed and disposed subject to compliance of office objections, if any, forthwith which shall be allowed by the Registry.
