In view of the letter issued by the Branch Manager, Punjab National Bank, Chembur Branch dated 12.03.2025 certifying the fact that bank locker was opened by legal heirs and nothing was found therein in his presence and the cash amount found therein was deposited in the saving bank account, the requisition for seeking issuance of Judge's Order to take the inventory of the said locker stands dispensed with.

Department shall take cognizance of the letter dated 12.03.2025 and issue the grant. Advocate shall file the said letter in the Department.
