On the basis of praecipe dated 04.12.2024 received from Mr. Mahadeo Sherekar, Advocate for petitioner seeking exemption of court fees in MPT No.620 of 2024 in view of maximum court fees of Rs.75,000/- has been already paid in Testamentary Petition No. 2188 of 2017, which was filed for Letters of Administration to the property and credits of Laxmibai Dhondiba Shelar.
