When the matter was called, it was pointed out to Learned Counsel as to what basis the deceased is covered by the Indian Succession Act. When this was pointed out, Learned Counsel submitted that this was an inadvertent error. She thus sought leave to correct the same in the Petition. She is granted liberty to do so. Once the correction is effected, the same be uploaded. 2.
