Ms. Kirwe appearing on behalf of the non consenting legal heir undertakes to file Vakalatnama. She submits that the Affidavit opposing the present Petition filed by the previous Advocate is on record. 2.

Learned Counsel for the Petitioner points out that on two occasions time has been sought.

At this stage, Ms. Kirwe seeks leave to file additional Affidavit since certain facts found omitted in the previous Affidavit. Shubham 1/2

The additional Affidavit to be filed and served upon the Petitioner on or before 5.00 p.m. of 25 th January, 2025.

Learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that the previous Affidavit has also not been served upon the Petitioner. 6.

Ms. Kirwe submits that both the Affidavits shall be served upon the Petitioner on or before 5.00 p.m. of 25 th January, 2025.
