...Petitioners

Anant Nathuram Patil ...Deceased ---- Ms Seema Hunnurkar for Petitioners.

Ms Bhagyashree Dhamapurkar a/w Mr. Yashdeep Deshmukh for Non Consenting Legal Heir.

---- CORAM : ARIF S. DOCTOR, J.

st FEBRUARY 2025 DATED : 21 P.C. :

The Learned Counsel for the Non Consenting Legal Heir points out that in the order dated 4 th February 2025, the proportion on which the mediation fees is to be shared is not properly specified since the same mentions only both parties. Whereas, in fact, there are three parties participated in the mediation process. Hence in paragraph 3 of the order dated 4 th February 2025 replace the last line as follows :

"The cost, charges and expenses of the Learned Mediator including the mediation fees shall be shared in equal proportion by all the parties namely 1/3rd each." Rest of the order remains unaltered. Original order to be corrected accordingly.
