On a previous occasion, the Court had granted time to file Affidavit in Reply to one Manuel Francisco Antonio Martins, who is set out as being a legal heir of the Petitioner (father). 2.

Today, Ms Kurle appears for the Respondent and seeks further time to file her Vakalatnama and Affidavit in Reply. I put to Ms Kurle as to if Manuel Francisco Antonio Martins is in fact the biological father of

9-MPT-640-2024.DOC the Petitioner, what possible objection could be for the grant of Legal Heirship Certificate to his son, i.e., the Petitioner, she submits that she did not have instructions and sought time.

Hence, list the matter on 13th February 2025. It is made clear that no further time shall be granted under any circumstances. 4.

It is also made clear that if the objection raised by Manuel Francisco Antonio Martins is to be found frivolous, costs shall be imposed.
