Heard Mr. Jain, learned Advocate for Respondent Nos. 4 and 6 to 11.

Mr. Jain has drawn my attention to the previous order dated 03.10.2025 and persuades me to consider passing appropriate directions for dereliction on the part of Petitioner. He would draw my attention to the order dated 23.12.2025 wherein requisition is raised by Department. He would summit that objection Nos. 5 and 6 in the said requisition have not been complied with by the Administrator

Pendente Lite till date despite this Court passing appropriate directions on 10.12.2025 to ensure that all compliances will be done. 4.

After perusing the order dated 10.12.2025, it appears that Mr. Jain is absolutely correct in making these submissions. It appears that Petitioner is causing delay for reasons best known to him. Advocate for Petitioner has appeared before this Court previously and assured that no delay would be caused in prosecuting the Petition and all compliances will be effected. Such orders have been passed by this Court on 03.10.2025, 10.10.2025 and 24.11.2025. In that view of the matter, this Court would now like to know the reason for noncompliance of objections at Sr. Nos. 5 and 6 in the requisition dated 23.12.2025.

Petitioner is directed to remain present before this Court along with his Advocate on the next adjourned date and give valid explanation for the same. If that is not done, this Court will not hesitate in removing the Petitioner as Administrator Pendente Lite and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law because this is not the first instance that grievance is made before Court with regard to functioning of the Petitioner as Administrator Pendente Lite in the present case.

Copy of this order shall be served on the Petitioner and his Advocate by Mr. Jain.

Stand over to 30th April, 2026 at 3.00 p.m.
