Learned Counsel appearing for the Respondent in the matter submits that since the Petitioner in the said Petition is continuing as Administrator, the said Petition also be disposed of. 6.
Ms. Shah, learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner has no objection, as long as the Petitioner continues as administrator, drawing this Court's attention to the order dated 24th April, 2024, whereby the Petitioner was appointed as administrator.

In view of the above, the Miscellaneous Petition also stands disposed.
