Heard Mr. Gawde, learned Advocate for Petitioner. He would submit that there is inadvertent mistake in the order dated 14.11.2025 which is mentioned in the praecipe. In view thereof, following correction be carried out in the said order:- 2.1.

The sentence appearing in paragraph No. 2 "Post-marriage name of Advocate Mr. Gawde's client is Ms. Monica Bhalchandra Saraf" be replaced with "The before-marriage name of Advocate Mr. Gawde's client is Ms. Monika Bhalchandra Saraf". 3.

Correction to the above effect be carried out in the order dated 14.11.2025 and corrected order be uploaded. Reset of the order remains undisturbed.
