Heard Mr. Thaker, learned Advocate for Petitioner and Mr. D'Cruz, learned Advocate for Respondent.

Petition is filed for revocation of Grant. Reply Affidavit has been filed wherein paragraph Nos.10 and 11, Respondent has agreed that Petitioner is one of the legal heirs.

In that view of the matter Mr. D' Cruz informs the Court that they are ready to take an order from the Court and deposit the original Grant in Department.

Revocation Petition stands allowed in terms of prayer clause (b). Original Grant namely Probate issued by the Court shall be deposited with Testamentary Department within a period of two weeks from today. The Testamentary Petition is hereby restored. 5.

Draft amendment in the original Testamentary Petition stands allowed for impleadment of Petitioner in original Petition. That amendment is permitted to be carried out within a period of two weeks from today. Reverification stands dispensed with. Department shall allow Petition to be amended accordingly as per draft amendment. Draft amendment is taken on record and marked 'X' for identification. 6.

Office is directed to issue Citation once Petition is amended. 7.

Interim Application is accordingly disposed.
