Learned Counsel for the Plaintiff submits that Defendant Nos.1 to 6 have not been paying property taxes and electricity bills in respect of the premises occupied at their end. Hence, remove from board. Let the report be filed within a period of two weeks from today. A copy of the report be served upon the Plaintiff as also Defendants. Both sides are at liberty to file their respective responses to the report of the Court Receiver.
