When the matter is called out, Mr.Tembhekar, learned Counsel, appears for the Contempt Petitioners and submits that this is the second Contempt Petition which has been filed against the Respondent in as much as after the first Consent Terms dated 2nd March 2020, in the first Digitally signed by ARTI VILAS KHATATE Date:

2025.01.17 19:46:43 +0530 ARTI VILAS KHATATE Contempt Petition, second Consent Terms were filed on 24th August 2022. Mr.Tembhekar submits that the Respondent has been in breach of the second Consent Terms as well, and therefore, the Petitioners have been constrained to file this Contempt Petition. avk 1/2

Mr.Shanay Shah, learned Counsel appearing for the Respondent, submits that he would need some time to put in a response to the Contempt Petition, in as much as, till date, the transit rent continues to be paid by the Respondent to the Petitioners. 3.

Let the reply be filed within a period of three weeks with a copy to the other side. Rejoinder, in two weeks thereafter, with a copy to the other side.
