Mr.Tembhekar, learned Counsel for the Petitioners, has no objection, however, submitting that since it is a contempt matter, the same be expeditiously heard.

It is also observed that pursuant to paragraph 6 of the order dated 3rd April 2025, a report has been placed before this Court avk 1/2
4-CONP-21-2024.doc explaining as to why the matter was not listed on the scheduled date on 27th February 2025. The Board department Clerk has furnished his explanation dated 21st April 2025 which has been countersigned by the Master (Administration) and it has been submitted that since he had newly taken charge of the said table, the noting of the said matters remained to be entered into the computer as well as in his book and therefore the matter was not listed on the said date. The Clerk has apologized and regretted and assured that utmost care will be taken so that the same does not happen in the future. The explanation is accepted.

Since further time is being sought on behalf of the Respondent, as and by way of last indulgence, let reply be filed within a period of two weeks with copy to the other side. Rejoinder in two weeks thereafter with copy to the other side.
