Pursuant to the order dated 29th April 2025, this matter was listed on 6th May 2025 when the show cause notice was made returnable.

However, the Respondents failed to appear on that date and hence, the matter was adjourned.

Even today, the Respondent has neither appeared or represented. It is noted that the Bailiff's report dated 7th
25-CONPW-18-2025.DOC March 2025 indicates that show cause notice was received by the Respondent Nos.1 and 2.

Taking into account the Respondent's conduct, and with a view to grant a fair opportunity to the Respondent, the Petitioner's Advocate is permitted to inform the Respondent and their Advocate about next date of hearing by private service including by electronic mode.

The Respondents are hereby put to notice that in the event they continue to remain absent and unrepresented on the next date of hearing, the Court shall proceed with the matter under the Contempt of Courts Act ex parte. 6.
List the matter on 30th June 2025.
