The Petitioner had alleged contempt of our order dated 21 March 2024.

However, it is now pointed out that there was a belated compliance and the documents in question were supplied to the Petitioner. The Petitioner appeared before the authorities for the hearing and after that, the authorities have communicated their decisions to the Petitioner. The decision is questioned in a separate Writ Petition and even interim relief has been obtained. 4.

Mr Davar, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw this Petition or not to press, given the above developments and the institution of the Writ Petition. He seeks leave to withdraw this Petition with liberty to peruse the Writ Petition (L) No. 21554 of 2024.

Considering all such developments, we dispose of this Petition as withdrawn with liberty to the Petitioner pursue the Writ Petition filed to challenge the BMC's decision. (Kamal Khata, J) (M.S. Sonak, J)
