Heard Learned Counsel Mr Mishra for the Petitioner. 2.
Mr Mishra complains that the Petitioner has till date not been issued balance TDR. He refers to our orders dated 12th October 2023 and 27th February 2024.

On perusing the above Orders, it does appears that Interim Relief granted by us required the issue of balance TDR to the Petitioner. Since till date, there is no compliance, we issue notice to the Second Respondent, returnable on 11th July 2024. The Petitioner to take steps to serve notice on the Second Respondent. 4.
Ms. Hajare appears for BMC. Though we are not issuing any notice to BMC, the learned Counsel for the Petitioner assures to supply two copies of this Petition to Ms. Hajare so that Ms. Hajare can also serve a copy of this Petition alongwith authenticated copy of this order on the Second Respondent who is an employee of the First Respondent. In addition to the Court Notice, the Petitioner to take steps to serve the Second Respondent.

The Second Respondent must file his reply on or before the next date. If there is no legal impediment, the Second Respondent must also consider complying with our directions on or before the next date.
