The Petitioner in person submits that his dues, save and except the interest on gratuity, have been paid to him amounting to Rs.36,55,465/-. He submits that this Petition can be disposed off and he would continue to pursue his proceedings under the payment of Gratuity Act, 1972, which are sub judice before the Controlling Authority.
