Mr Parikh seeks some time to file reply. However, he points out that the transit rents for two years in respect of all the occupants have already been deposited with the slum society. He further states 22nd July 2024

27-CONPW-70-2024.DOCX the post-dated cheques for one year concerning the petitioners are deposited with the SRA. He, therefore, submits that there is no contempt involved.

Regarding the issue of the Permanent Alternate Accommodation Agreement and lottery, Mr Parikh states that a reply will be filed explaining the 4th respondent's position. 4.

The 4th respondent must file and serve the reply by 05 August 2024.
