The learned Advocate representing the Petitioner, in the light of the order passed by this Court on 25th March, 2025 and considering the communication dated 24th March, 2025 marked as 'X', submits that since the company, where the Petitioner is being posted as Security Supervisor, is in the Tarapur MIDC area, which is far away, the Petitioner is willing to accept the suggestion of the Board. He would approach the Board and wherever the posting is possible, closer to the residential area of the Petitioner, the Petitioner is willing to abide by such conditions as may be made applicable. If his name is cleared for such deployment, he would report at the Gauri Gaekwad

906.CONPW-101-2024.odt place of deployment. Until such eventuality occurs, he is willing to wait.

The learned Advocate for the Board submits that the Petitioner would be offered options from which he can choose one and considering the conditions that are applicable, prior to making such deployment and on fulfillment of such conditions, the Petitioner would be deployed on a posting. He assures, on instructions from the Board, that there would not be unnecessary delay in completing this exercise provided the Petitioner cooperates. 3.

In view of the above, this Contempt Petition is disposed off.

Besides the above issue, if the Petitioner has any grievance as regards the non fulfillment of service conditions, considering the earlier engagement, he would be at liberty to avail of a remedy as is permissible in law.
