After this matter is heard for some time, it emerges that after the report submitted by Mr. Walve, learned Amicus Curie appointed by this Court earlier, the Claimants have certain comments / objections to the said report and although this Court had earlier requested that the parties to approach Mr. Walve for clarification, no meeting could take place with Mr. Walve.

Today, the learned Amicus Curie is present in Court and submits that at a mutually convenient time and venue, he would meet the parties / representatives to consider the comments / objections. Nikita Gadgil 1/2

Mr. Shroff, learned Senior Counsel appearing for the Claimants and the learned Counsel appearing for the Respondents have no objection.

Learned Senior Counsel and the learned Counsel to meet the learned Amicus Curie at 3rd October, 2025 at 5.00 p.m.. Let the parties and the Amicus thereafter, mutually decide the meeting times as per their convenience.

Learned Amicus Curie is requested to present further/additional report, if any, by the next date with copy to the others. 6.
