Learned counsel for the Applicant/Claimant has submitted that notice issued under O. XXI, Rule 22 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 (for short 'CPC') has been served on the Respondents and this has borne out from the bailiff's report dated 30.08.2024 which shows that the Respondents have acknowledged service of notice under O. XXI, Rule 22 of the CPC. There is no reply filed by the Respondents to the Show Cause Notice and thus, he has sought for issuance of bailable warrant against the Respondents to secure their presence. In view thereof and considering that the Respondents have been served with notice under O. XXI, Rule 22 of the CPC as borne out from the bailiff's report, office shall issue bailable warrant by way of cash bail in the sum of Rs. 25,000/- to be executed against the Respondents by the Superintendent of the local police station, returnable on 17.02.2025.
