21-EXA-1906-2024.doc Court. Mr.Mahajan also submits that against the award in execution, there is a Petition under Section 34 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, that has been filed before the Tis Hazari Court at Delhi, and that this Court may, therefore, suitably adjourn the matter. 2.
Ms.Kiran Chandorkar, learned Counsel, appears for the Applicant and submits that since the Respondent is represented and also the directors are present in Court and there has been no explanation on record furnished with regard to the satisfaction of the decree, this Court may make the Notice absolute and direct that the execution proceed as per law.

Having heard the learned Counsel and having considered the submissions, this Court is of the view that the Notice under Order XXI Rule 22 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 ("CPC") be made absolute.

Execution to proceed in accordance with law.
