- 2 - both the parties have arrived at settlement and resolved their disputes out of the court amicably, Claimant will withdraw execution proceedings and Respondents will withdraw the application filed under Section 34 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, before the Hon'ble High Court. Ld. Advocate further submits that in view of letter dated 26th April, 2025 Claimant want to withdraw present Warrant for Sale.
