1. By this Praecipe dated 24th January, 2025, the Ld. Advocate for the Applicants / Petitioners seeks change of newspaper to publish Citation from "Hindvasi" to "Hindu Sindhi" on the ground that the "Hindvasi" newspaper does not have any physical publication.

2. By an order dated 14th January, 2025, the Applicants / Petitioners are directed to publish the Citation in two newspapers viz. "Free Press Journal" in English language and "Hindvasi" in Sindhi language. Since, the newspaper "Hindvasi" does not have any physical newspaper publication, the Applicants / Petitioners are permitted to publish the Citation in "Hindu Sindhi" instead of "Hindvasi". Time to publish Citation is extended by two weeks from today.
