Advocate Mr. Mehta has submitted that he has returned all the papers in the applicant on 05.03.2024 and also written letter dated 12.12.2024 to the Appellant that as he has not appointed any other advocate to represent him in the Hon'ble Court, he will file necessary application in this Hon'ble Court for discharging him as Advocate on record.

2. The Ld. Advocate Mr. Mehta has filed Affidavit of service dated 16.01.2025. The same is on record.

3. Inspite of service none appears on behalf of the Applicant. The Ld. Advocate has substantially complied with the procedure for taking discharge as per Bombay High Court O.S. Rules, 1980.

Office to delete the name of S. J. Mehta as Advocate for the Appellant and Mr. S. J. Mehta to communicate this Order to the Appellant and, thereafter, the appellant may engage in other advocate, if they so desire.
