Upon perusal of the plaint it appears that the plaintiff has valued the captioned Suit at Rs. 10 crores and paid court fees accordingly. Due to enhancement of pecuniary jurisdiction of Bombay City Civil Court vide The Bombay City Civil Court (Amendment) Act, 2023 r/w.

Notification No. CCS-2923/CR1/D-19 dated 16th January 2024, present Chamber Order is required to be entertained and tried by the City Civil Court.

In view thereof, the present Chamber Order filed in captioned Suit, does not survive and therefore, disposed of accordingly.

The plaintiffs/applicants are at liberty to move before the Bombay City Civil Court for the said relief, as prayed under the present Chamber order, in accordance with law and subject to law of limitation.

Office to take follow up action and inform both the parties accordingly.
