P. C. :

1. By this Praecipe dated 3rd February, 2025, the ld. Advocate for the Applicant / Petitioner applies for change of newspaper for publication of Citation in the Gujarati newspaper viz. "Gujarati Mid-Day" instead of "Janshakti".

2. By an order dated 9th January, 2025, the Applicant / Petitioner was directed to publish the Citation in two newspapers viz. "Free Press Journal" in English and "Janshakti" in Gujarati language. The Ld. Advocate for the Applicant / Petitioner submits that the Citation has been published in "Free Press Journal" in English on 1st February, 2025 and the publication in Gujarati language is remained to be done. He further submits that the Applicant / Petitioner be permitted to publish the Citation in the Gujarati newspaper viz. "Gujarati Mid-Day" instead of "Janshakti".

3. The Order dated 9th January, 2025 stands modified and the Applicant / Petitioner is directed to publish the Citation in the Gujarati newspaper viz. "Gujarati MidDay" instead of "Janshakti" within two weeks' from today and file the Affidavit of Publication.
