Advocate for the Applicant / Petitioner submitted that the Citation was sent to the Sheriff of Bombay as "general Citation" instead of issuing Citation to Mrs. Saroj Ullal, and Ms. Shobha Kishor Desai, Married daughters of the deceased. He, therefore, seeks extension of one week's time to serve the Citation.
