Atul K. Jasani, Applicant/Advocate for Respondent Nos. 2 to 5 seeking discharge on behalf of Respondent Nos. 2 to 5 in Writ Petition No. 704 of 2018.

2. Applicant has filed Affidavit of service dated 28.01.2025. Inspite of service today no one present on behalf of Respondent Nos. 2 to 5.

3. Perused Affidavit in support dated 14.11.2024. Para - 1 to 3 are relevant which are reproduced hereunder;

1. I had given a notice by my letter dated 16th October, 2024 to the Petitioner about withdrawing my appearance in the matter in absence of any instructions. Hereto annexed and marked Exhibit 'A' is a copy of the aforesaid letter dated 16* October, 2024 in original.

2. I say that the aforesaid letter was delivered at the registered office of the Petitioner on 18th October, 2024 at 18:00:13 hrs as per this Track Consignment Report available on the website of Indian Posts. Hereto annexed and marked Exhibit 'B' is a copy of the Track Consignment Report.

3. I say that despite my notice, no reply or instructions have been received by me till date." ...2/-

4. I am satisfied that the Ld. Advocate has substantially complied with the procedure for obtaining discharge under High Court, Original Side Rules read with the provisions and Rules framed under the Advocates Act.

In view of above, Chamber Order is allowed and signed separately. Advocate, Mr. Atul K. Jasani has been discharged on behalf of Respondent Nos. 2 to 5 in Writ Petition No. 704 of 2018. Office to delete the name of Advocate Mr. Atul K. Jasani as Advocate for Respondent Nos. 2 to 5 in Writ Petition No. 704 of 2018. Advocate, Mr.

Atul K. Jasani to communicate this Order to Respondent Nos. 2 to 5 and thereafter, Respondent Nos. 2 to 5 to engage another Advocate, if they so desire.
