For the reasons stated in the Affidavit, the returnable date of warrant of sale of immovable property namely M/ s. Konkan Tyres Pvt. Ltd., 419, Hind Rajsthan Building, Dadasaheb Phalke Road, Dadar (east), Mumbai-14 issued under Order XXI, Rule 64 of Civil Procedure Code, 1908 is extended till 18.12.2025 and amendment to be carried out accordingly.
