It is averred in the said Praecipe that the present Chamber Order is taken out in Arbitration Application (L) No. 29579 of 2022, however, in the Minutes of Order dated 01.04.2025 passed by this Authority, matter number is wrongly typed as 'CHOL/28/2025 in ARBPL/29579/2022' instead of 'CHOL/28/2025 in ARBAP(L)/ 29579/2022'. The same is required to be corrected.

In view of above, the matter number in Minutes of Order dated 01.04.2025, passed by this Authority, be read as 'CHOL/28/2025 in ARBAP(L) /29579/2022'.
