The present Chamber Order is taken out to serve the Citation upon Rajeshree Rajendra Ghag the Sister-in-law of the deceased by way substituted service as per the Schedule annexed to the Chamber Order.

Perused Schedule. The Petitioner is seeking permission to publish the Citation in two newspapers viz. "Free Press Journal" in English Language and in "Navshakti" in vernacular language i.e.
Marathi.

Perused the Affidavit dated 19th January, 2024 annexed to Chamber Order.
In Para-2 of the said Affidavit, it is stated that the deceased died as spinster. One ..2/-

brother Mr. Rajendra Vasant Ghag predeceased the deceased leaving behind his widow Mrs. Rajeshree Rajendra Ghag. In Para-3 of the said Affidavit, it is stated that the Petitioner had tried to search the whereabouts of the said Rajeshree Rajendra Ghag and the Petitioner could not find out address. The Petitioner had also tried to get information about from the relatives and family members but due and diligent search he could not find her address.

Perused Para-4 of the Petition, it is mentioned and confirmed that the averment made in the Affidavit in respect of the addresses not known to the Petitioner.

Hence, for the reasons stated in th January, 2024 annexed Affidavit dated 19 to the Chamber order and averment made in Para-4 of the Petition, the present Chamber order is granted, and the same is signed separately.

Publication of Citation to be done one ..3/-
: 3 :
in English newspaper in "Free Press Journal" and one in "Navshakti" in Marathi newspaper vernacular language, within four weeks from the date of uploading the order. Office is directed to issue fresh Citation, if required.

Advocate to file Affidavit annexing therewith the newspapers within two weeks once, the publication is done.
