In TP/2464/2023 P.C. :

The present Chamber Order is taken out to serve the Citation upon the all concerned by way substituted service as per the Schedule annexed to the Chamber Order.

Perused Schedule. The Petitioner is seeking permission to publish the Citation in two newspapers viz. "Free Press Journal" in English Language and in "Navashakti" in vernacular language i.e. Marathi.

Perused the Affidavit dated 30 October, 2023 annexed to Chamber Order. In Para-3 of the said Affidavit, it is stated that the deceased died as issueless and the husband of the deceased Mr. Vitthal Kalu Hindalekar ..2/-

th July, 2016. It is further died on 9 stated in the said Affidavit that the Petitioner is not aware about the legal heirs of the husband of the deceased as specified in Section-15 (1) (b) of Hindu Succession Act, 1956.

Perused Para-9 of the Petition, it is mentioned and confirmed that the averment made in the Affidavit in respect of the legal heirs of the deceased is not known to the Petitioner.

Hence, for the reasons stated in th October, 2023 Affidavit dated 30 annexed to the Chamber order and averment made in Para-9 of the Petition, the present Chamber order is granted, and the same is signed separately.

Publication of Citation to be done one in English newspaper in "Free Press Journal" and one in "Navashakti" in Marathi newspaper vernacular language, ..3/-

within four weeks from the date of uploading the order. Office is directed to issue fresh Citation, if required.

Advocate to file Affidavit annexing therewith the newspapers within two weeks once, the publication is done.
