The present Chamber Order is taken out to serve the Writ of Summons upon the Defendant Nos.2 to 8 by way substituted service as per the Schedule annexed to the Chamber Order.

Perused Schedule. The Plaintiff is seeking permission to publish the Citation in two newspapers viz. "Active Times" in English Language and in "Urdu News Mumbai" in vernacular language i.e. Urdu.

Perused the Affidavit dated 8th January, 2024 annexed to Chamber Order.

The Applicant had stated in Para-7 that the Writ of Summons have been issued to Defendants at their last known address ..2/-

through the Bailiff. The said Writ of Summons were returned unserved on 4th th December, 2023. A report dated 4 December, 2023 of the Bailiff is annexed at Exhibit- 'A' to the Affidavit in Support.

Hence, for the reasons stated in th January, 2024 annexed to Affidavit dated 8 the Chamber order, the present Chamber order is granted, and the same is signed separately.

Publication of Writ of Summons to be done one in English newspaper in "Active Times" in English Language and in "Urdu News Mumbai" in vernacular language i.e.

Urdu, within four weeks from the date of uploading the order. Office is directed to issue fresh Writ of Summons, if required.

Advocate to file Affidavit annexing therewith the newspapers within two weeks once, the publication is done.
