The present Chamber Order is taken out to amend the Petition as per the Schedule of amendments annexed to the Chamber Order.

The Applicant in the Affidavit in Support of the Chamber Order submitted that the Petition for Letters of Administration in respect of certain properties and credits of Jyotsna Vaman Limaye alias Jyostna V. Limaye, deceased above named through Deepali Anil Limaye, Mother and natural guardian of Applicant, who was minor at the time of filing of present Petition. The Applicant had further stated that he had attend the age of majority i.e. 18 years, therefore necessary amendments as per the schedule annexed to the Chamber Order is necessary and the ..2/-

same should be carried out in the Petition.

Hence, for the reasons stated in th January Affidavit in Support dated 24 2024 annexed to the Chamber order and the submission is made by the Advocate for the Applicant, the present Chamber order is granted, and the same is signed separately.

The amendments as per the Schedule annexed to the Chamber Order to be carried out within period of four weeks from the date of uploading the order.
