The present Chamber Order is taken out to serve the Citation upon all concerned, (1) Legal heirs of Manoharmalji Anopchandji Maloo (Brother of the deceased) (2) Legal heirs of Poonamchandji Anopchandji Maloo (Brother of the deceased), (3) Legal heirs of Ghyanchandji Anopchandji Maloo (Brother of the deceased), (4) Legal heirs of Gumnamji Anopchandji Maloo (Brother of the deceased),

(5) Manchandji Anopchandji Maloo (Brother of the deceased) and (6) Legal heirs of Gyanbai Golcha (Sister of the deceased) by way of substituted service as per the Schedule annexed to the Chamber Order. The Ld.

Advocate for the Applicant / Petitioner submits that due to inadvertently the name of Legal heirs of Manchandji Anopchandji Maloo is mentioned in Schedule at Sr. No.6 instead of Gyanbai Golcha. He further submits that the name of written correctly in the Affidavit in Support of the Chamber Order. He further submits that the Citation sent through Sheriff of Bombay for service upon Manchandji Anopchandji Maloo (at Sr. No.5 of Schedule) was returned by the Postal Authority with a ..2/-

remark "Unclaimed". He, therefore, prays that permission be granted to write the address of Manchandji Anopchandji Maloo and name of Gyanbai Golcha in the Schedule to the Chamber Order and upload the same.
