Heard the Ld. Advocate for the Plaintiff. He submits that the Defendant Nos. 3, 4, 9, 10, 27 and 28 had changed their place of residence and the cause title of the Suit is required to be amended and fresh Writ of Summons is required to be served upon the aforesaid Defendants at their new addresses.

Perused the Affidavit in Support of the th January, 2024, Chamber Order dated 20 the Applicant had stated that the Defendant Nos.3, 4, 9, 10, 27 and 28 had changed their place of residence. The Applicant / Plaintiff further stated that the cause title of ..2/-

the Suit is required to be amended and summons to be reissued.

Hence, for the reasons stated in Affidavit dated 20th January, 2024 annexed to the Chamber order and averment made in Para-5 and 7 of the Affidavit in Support, the present Chamber order is granted, and the same is signed separately.

The amendments are to be carried out within two weeks' from the date of uploading the order.
