In TP/151/2024 P.C. : This application is moved by praecipe dated 11.03.2024 for speaking to the minutes of Chamber Order dated 27.02.2024. In the said order in para 2 the words from 'and Maharashtrian Hindu in Hindi Language' is incorrectly recorded.

The said paragraph No.2 stands as corrected.

"Perused Schedule. The Petitioner is seeking permission to publish the Citation in two newspapers viz. "Free Press Journal" in English Language and in"Navshakti" in vernacular language i.e. Marathi."

Similarly, the words "and Maharashtrian Hindu in Hindi Language" is incorrectly recorded. The said paragraph No.6 stands corrected as under " Publication of citation to be done on ...2/-
