I. A. Saiyed, Applicant/Advocate for Petitioner seeking discharge on behalf of Petitioner, the Institute of Business Management and Research School of Law.

2. The applicant has filed Affidavit of service dated 15.03.2024. The same is taken on file.

3. Perused Chamber Order and Affidavit in support thereof. The Ld. Advocate has given reason for obtaining discharge and stated that nobody is responding from the Petitioner. Relevant Exhibits - A and B are annexed to the said Affidavit.

4. The Ld. Advocate, Dr. I. A. Sayed submitted that in the absence of instructions, it is not possible to represent the Petitioner in the matter. I am satisfied that the Ld. Advocate has substantially complied with the procedure for obtaining discharge under High Court, Original Side Rules read with the provisions and Rules framed under the Advocates Act.

In view of above, Chamber Order is allowed and signed separately. Advocate, Dr. I. A. Sayed has been discharged on behalf of the Petitioner. Office to delete the name of Advocate Dr. I. A. Sayed as Advocate for the Petitioner, the Institute of Business Management and Research School of Law. Dr. I. A. Sayed to communicate this Order to the Petitioner and thereafter, Petitioner to engage another Advocate, if it so desire.

Chamber Order is disposed of accordingly.

7. It is also pointed that in earlier minutes of order in title, WP/1897/2022 is mentioned instead of WP/184/2019.

Accordingly the said order is corrected.
