The present Chamber Order is taken out to serve the Citation upon all concerned by way substituted service as per the Schedule annexed to the Chamber Order.

Perused Schedule. The Petitioner is seeking permission to publish the Citation in two newspapers viz. "Free Press Journal" in English Language and in "Sakshi Eenadu" in vernacular language i.e. Telugu.

It appears from the affidavit that the petitioner seeks permission to publish citation upon Navshakti (Marathi) and one in "Free Press Journal" (English). The name of newspapers mentioned in schedule of Chamber Order and the Affidavit in Support are different. Petitioner is directed to file additional affidavit stating correct name of the newspapers in which the citation is to be published.
