3. Perused Chamber Order and Affidavit in support thereof. Paragraph - 2 is relevant which is reproduced here under;

"2. I say the above Income Tax Appeal was listed before their Lordships Mr. Justice Dhirajsingh Thakur and Mr. Justice Abhay Ahuja on weekly board of 20th July 2022 to 22nd July 2022. By my Master email dated 16th July 2022 to Mr. Saket Agarwal, Managing Director of the Applicant, my Masters requested for instructions. Exhibit - "1" annexed to the Affidavit in support is a copy of email dated 16.07.2022."

4. The Ld. Advocate for Applicant/ Appellant submitted that in the absence of instructions, it is not possible to represent Appellant in the matter. I am satisfied that the Ld. Advocate has substantially ...2/-

Office to delete the name of Advocate M/s. Mulla and Mulla and Craigie Blunt and Caroe as Advocate for Appellant, ABG Heavy Industries Ltd..

M/s. Mulla and Mulla and Craigie Blunt and Caroe to communicate this Order to Appellant and thereafter, Appellant to engage another Advocate, if it so desire.
