In TP/2781/2023 P.C. : 1. The Ld. Advocate for the Petitioner submits that the whereabouts of the legal heirs of the deceased is not known to the petitioner. The Petitioner proposes to publish the Citation in the English and Marathi Newspapers. Since the mother tongue of the deceased is Tamil, The Citation is required to be published in the Tamil Language. The Ld. Advocate for the Petitioner seek to amend the scheduled in the Chamber Order and incorporate the name of the newspaper in Tamil Language.

Petitioner is directed to annex fresh schedule to the Chamber Order and upload the same.
