The present Chamber Order is taken out to serve the Citation upon all concerned by way substituted service as per the Schedule annexed to the Chamber Order.

Perused Schedule. The Petitioner is seeking permission to publish the Citation in two newspapers viz. (1.) "Free Press Journal" in English Language, (2) "Nav shakti" in vernacular language i.e. Marathi and (3) "Dinakaran"

in Tamil Language.

Perused the Affidavit dated 05th February, 2024 annexed to Chamber Order. In Para-2 of the said Affidavit, it is stated that Mr. Edward Anthony Nadar, husband of the deceased died on 28.03.2016 and Mr. Michal Manohar Edward Nadar, son of the deceased expired on 22.11.2007.It is further stated that the petitioner is not aware about the brother-inlaw and sister-in-law and also serving legal heirs from husband side of the deceased. It is

also stated that the Petitioner had made all efforts to search and /or find out whereabouts of the legal heirs of the deceased, but the petitioner could not find anyone. Petitioner therefore, requested to publish all concerend Citation in newspapers viz. (1.) "Free Press Journal" in English Language, (2) "Nav shakti" in vernacular language i.e. Marathi and (3) "Dinakaran"

in Tamil Language.

Perused the Petition, it is mentioned and confirmed that the averment made in the Affidavit in respect of the whereabouts of the legal heirs of the deceased which are not known to the Petitioner.

Hence, for the reasons stated in Affidavit dated 05.02.2024 annexed to the Chamber order and averment made in the Petition, the present Chamber order is granted, and the same is signed separately.

Publication of Citation to be done in Newspapers viz. (1.) "Free Press Journal" in English Language, (2) "Nav shakti" in vernacular language i.e. Marathi and (3) "Dinakaran"

in Tamil Language. within four weeks from the date of uploading the order. Office is directed to issue fresh Citation, if required.

Advocate to file Affidavit annexing

therewith the newspapers within two weeks once, the publication is done.
