P. C. :

1. By this Chamber Order the Applicant / Petitioner seeks amendment of the Petition as per the Schedule annexed to the Chamber Order.

2. The Ld. Advocate for the Applicant / Petitioner submits that the Petition was filed for grant of Letters of Administration though there is a Will. He further submits that the Applicant / Petitioner seeks permission to convert the Petition for Letters of Administration and the Petition is required to be amended as per the Schedule of amendments annexed to the Chamber Order. He, therefore, prays that the Chamber Order be allowed and the Applicant be permitted to amend the Petition as per the Schedule annexed to the Chamber Order.

3. Considering the averments made in the Affidavit in Support, the Chamber Order is allowed.

4. Amendment to be carried out within four weeks' from today.
