Chamber order is taken out by the claimant for amendment of Execution Application as per schedule annexed to the chamber order.

Perused the Affidavit in Support of the Chamber Order dated 02.02.2024. In the affidavit the claimant has stated that Respondent Nos. 1,2,3 and 5 could not be served at their respective addresses as the Respondent Nos. 1,2,3 and 5 were not found at the given addresses. The claimants are not aware of the present whereabouts of the Respondent Nos. 1,2,3 and 5.

For the reasons stated in the Affidavit in Support of the Chamber Order, the Chamber Order made absolute and it is signed separately.
