The present Chamber Order is taken out to serve the Citation upon the legal heir of the deceased viz. Manali Mahesh Sawant alias Dipali Baban Bhavad (Married Daughter of the Deceased) by way substituted service as per the Schedule annexed to the Chamber Order.

Perused Schedule. The Petitioner is seeking permission to publish the Citation in two newspapers viz. "Free Press Journal" in English Language and in "Dainik Navshakti" in vernacular language i.e. Marathi.

Perused the Affidavit dated 26 February, 2024 and Additional Affidavit th March, 2024 annexed to dated 27 Chamber Order. In Para-3 of the said ..2/-

Additional Affidavit, it is stated that Manali Mahesh Sawant alias Dipali Baban Bhavad (Married Daughter of the Deceased) ran away from the home and got married without informing the deceased or any other family member and since then she neither returned back to home nor in contact with deceased or any other family members or relatives till date. Therefore, her address is not known to the Applicant or any other family members.

Perused Para-9 of the Petition, it is mentioned and confirmed that the averment made in the Affidavits in respect of the addresses not known to the Petitioner.

Hence, for the reasons stated in th March, Additional Affidavit dated 27 2024 annexed to the Chamber order and averment made in Para-9 of the Petition, the present Chamber order is granted, and the same is signed separately.

Publication of Citation to be done one in English newspaper in "Free Press Journal" and one in "Dainik Navshakti"

in Marathi newspaper vernacular language, within four weeks from the date of uploading the order. Office is directed to issue fresh Citation, if required.

Advocate to file Affidavit annexing therewith the newspapers within two weeks once, the publication is done.
