By this Chamber Order petitioner seeks amendment of the petition as per schedule annexed.

Petitioner no. 1 in his affidavit in support of the chamber order stated that the petitioner no. 2 namely Anita H. Mohite expired on 15.12.2023. He therefore, sought to delete the name of petitioner no. 2 from the petition and also to carry out conseqential amendment to the petition.

Ld. Advocate for the petitioner for the reasons stated in the affidavit in support in CHOL/99/2024 is signed separately.

Amendment to be carried out within 4 weeks from the date of uploading of this Chamber Order.
