Chamber Order is taken out for substituted service of citation by way of publication. In the Affidavit in Support in para 5 it is stated that on 30.3.2023 and 31.3.2023, office of the Sheriff of Bombay had received packets containing citation with with remark "Left".

Ld. Advocate for petitioner seeks a weeks time to file Affidavit of Service annexing the packets received from the Office of Sheriff of Bombay.
